We have designed a low-cost, globally accessible, tool that not only helps you know what is happening in your organisation or church, but why it is happening. We use digital technology and high levels of automation to simplify the process, enhance objectivity, and keep costs down.

EGI Assess is a tool designed to help you understand your organisation or church, how it is performing, what its practices are, and the nature of its personality and its place.
EGI Assess is Multi-Level
You can go as deep and detailed as you like (from 4 questions to 400+). You can go straight to our deepest level (level 4), or you can start with level 2. (Level 1 is reserved for our one-day discovery workshops or 1-hour presentations to boards or leadership teams.)
EGI Assess is Multi-Depth
You can choose to employ different methods to understand your organisation or church. You can either completely self-assess using surveys at any level, you can get different staff at different levels to complete the survey to get a report with it all in one report. You can engage us to interview your teams, review policies, systems, and programs, and visit your project sites.
