We collect personal and organisational information from you, including:

• Interactions with us.
• Billing or purchase information.

• Role within your organisation.
• Organisation information. 

We collect your personal or organisational information in order to:

• Assess organisational performance, capacity, culture, and context.
• Help organisations develop organisational growth plans.
• Help organisations research, design and evaluate programs and services.
• Follow up with survey participants for the purpose of confirming or clarifying survey information. 
• Collect payment for services.
• Deliver communications based on your preferences and subscription choices. 

Besides our staff, we only share this information with:

• The organisation being assessed or supported in order to take actions to improve their organisation's performance, practice and culture. Note: Names of survey participants are not disclosed to the organisation unless permission is provided in advance. 
• Our secure third-party data collection app (Smartsheet) in order to collect and analyse data and automate reports.

Providing some information is optional. 

• If you choose not to provide your name when submitting a survey form, we will be unable to follow up with you during a facilitated assessment process.  Names provided during a facilitated assessment process will only be used by our assessment team and not provided to the organisation being assessed.
• If you choose not to provide your name when submitting a self-assessment, we will be unable to add your name to your automated report.  
• If you choose not to enter your email address for a self-assessment, we'll be unable to deliver the results of your assessments or deliver services to you.
• If you choose not to enter the name of your organisation, we’ll be unable to provide personalized automated organisation reports.
• If you choose not to enter the name of your organisation, organisation revenue figures, or country of location when requesting a quote, we'll be unable to determine whether you qualify for discounts or provide an accurate quote for services. 

We keep your information safe by storing it digitally in secure cloud-based data drives and only allowing approved staff to access it for the purpose of delivering services. These staff have been trained in data protection and confidentiality and signed legal statements to this effect.

Unless requested otherwise, we keep your information for up to two years after our last engagement with you. Information relating to organisational performance, practice, culture and context may be retained for research and product development purposes, but with any and all identifiable information removed. 

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us through this website.
