Organisation Enhancement

After an assessment, planning how to enhance the organisation and then implementing the plan is where the rubber hits the road. Enhance is able to help you develop an organisation enhancement plan (usually a 3 year plan), and then if desired, provide support to implement it.

Enhance can facilitate a process of helping your team identify the priorities, goals, objectives, tasks, timeframes/phases, and budget to enhance your organisation and take it to the next level.

Key deliverables: clear and actionable organisational development plan and budget

We are here to help you implement your enhancement plan.   This could range from a monthly check in, to policy or tool development, to work on specific systems, or to design programs.
