How Does it Work?

We follow the process below for all of our services. How long each step takes is based on the need and scope of our support. It might be as simple as a few emails to get started, and the project completed in a few days or it could take several months to scope a project and several years to implement - or anywhere in between. 

We meet with you to learn more about your organisation, discuss your unique needs and consider what value we could add to your organisation. This is a chance for us both to assess whether we are the right fit for the support you need. 

Together we define the scope of the partnership, the services we will provide, the timeframe and stages, and review points. We define the costs based on your organisational needs, a plan for raising those resources if needed, and finally, sign an agreement.

In this stage, everything that's in the plan gets implemented. Due to the nature of the capacity building process, we are prepared and flexible to adapt to changes in the organisation's environment. 

At the end of each service we provide, we conduct a short review with your team.  For one off services, this is a simple survey.  For more comprehensive partnerships this will be a more in-depth evaluation and report detailing both the work and the results.
